The Board of Directors

CHRISTINE WOLF - President

Christine is a native of Siouxland and mother to 3. She  served on the board of the Iowa Community Theatre Association and started her theatre experience at a young age. She is a former Executive Director and Education Director at the Sioux City Community Theatre and Drama Coach at Sioux City East High School. She has acted in and directed several productions locally. Christine enjoys her roles on the Leadership Dakota County Planning committee, Freedom Park Fundraising committee, Junior League of Sioux City and serving at her church.

Adam Youngberg - Vice President

Adam has worked at Thompson Electric for over 20 years where he serves as Operations Engineer. He has been involved in theatre even longer. He had been the staff technical director at SCCT for several years winning several awards from the ICTA, as well as working on productions for NSP, West High, Wayne State and Dakota Valley. Involved in more than 70 productions, he has done tech work, played in pit bands and also been on stage. As a founding member of NSP Adam has been involved since the start with the building and technical systems. 

CYNDI HAMBURGER - Treasurer

Cyndi is the owner-manager of NMC Properties. She has an extensive background in bookkeeping and accounting and has served as treasurer for several organizations. She is a former member of the Board for Lamb Arts Regional Theatre. She also assisted with costuming and props at North High where her daughters Emily, Anna and Isabel attended.

DEBORAH MORGAN - Secretary

Deb is retired after 36 years as a music educator in the South Sioux City School System. She has a background in talented and gifted education and theater education and has directed and music directed numerous productions in South Sioux City and Sioux City.

KRISTY TREMAYNE - Director
Kristy holds college degrees in Education and Theatre and has extensive experience in both areas. She has taught in several elementary classrooms and held the position of Youth Theatre Director for many years at the SCCT. She has directed, designed sets, costumed, and acted in many productions in college, public schools, community theatres, and independent theatres.

TONYA BAUMAN - Director

Tonya is a graduate of South Dakota State University with an emphasis in Secondary Education for the pure sciences. She now works as a corporate trainer and recruiter with Building Blocks Foster Care. She is a 2017/2018 graduate of Leadership Dakota County, 2019/2020 SSC Morning Optimist Club President and participates on the Citizen Review Panel for the Thriving Families Safer Children Committee. She has 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren.

TIM BOTTARO - Director

Tim is a personal injury trial attorney in Sioux City. He is a co-founder of the law firm where he practices and is past President of the Iowa Trial Lawyers. Tim has served on many, many boards and commissions at the local, regional and state levels. Tim and his family were very involved at SCCT where he has appeared infrequently in productions over the years. Tim is excited about joining the New Stage Players family.

JENNIFER HART - Director

Jennifer returned to Siouxland after 20 years in the Boston MA area where she spent 12 years as the Executive Director of an art, music & theatre school. Now at Heartland Counseling Services in SSC as the Director of Development, Jennifer stays very active in the community. She lives in Akron, IA with her husband and three children and enjoys watching her middle child immerse himself in theatre!

ERICA BOWMAN - Director
Erica teaches Reading at Lewis & Clark Elementary and is in her 19th year in the South Sioux City School District. She and her husband Jason have lived in South Sioux City since 1991. She credits her daughter's love of the Arts for her support of Theatre.

​​​​JESSICA SANDERS - Director

Jessica is a lifelong citizen of South Sioux City and a 2005 graduate of SSCHS. She studied Elementary Education and Musical Theater at Wayne State College. Her time in the Siouxland theater community began when she was 10 years old and has spread to several different stages and volunteer opportunities around town. She’s been a substitute for the SSC school district and has worked for locally owned and/or operated businesses in South Sioux. Currently she splits her time between family, volunteer opportunities, and her two dogs.
